We celebrated the Natura 2000 day

Many butterflies in one place – Children from the elementary school “Kliment Ohridski” from Ohrid helped us to celebrate the Natura 2000 day and the International Biodiversity Day. National Park Galicica prepared a lecture for the pupils who then drew animals and plants that are present in the park. Most present in the drawings was the butterfly Parnassius Apollo, a rare species, which is found in a large number specifically in the NP Galchica. We thank the children for the creative contribution, and the National Park for the good reception and excellent lecture!
